But it makes <strong>a difference how much it is<\/strong> and, more importantly, what you get in return. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2753<\/strong><strong> Cheaper = better?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This raises one of the most important questions:<br \/>\n<strong>Price should not be the primary deciding factor in sales contracts.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When buying a property, many questions arise &#8211; one of the most common being:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Who pays the lawyer for the sales contract?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many people will immediately say <strong>&#8220;The buyer!<\/strong>&#8221;<br \/>\nThis is indeed a common answer, and not without reason: <strong>the lawyer&#8217;s assistance is mandatory, but not free.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under Hungarian law, <strong>the parties agree on the<\/strong> <strong>costs<\/strong>, but <strong>in practice the buyer typically bears the costs<\/strong>, since he or she chooses a lawyer and it is in his or her interest to carry out the acquisition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udfe1<\/strong><strong> Why does it matter who and how the contract is drawn up?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>House prices are now <strong>sky high.<\/strong> Contracts are getting more and more <strong>complicated<\/strong>: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a plethora of legislation,<\/li>\n<li><strong>bank requirements<\/strong> (especially for loans),<\/li>\n<li><strong>legal risks<\/strong> on all sides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A sales contract <strong>is not a &#8220;copy-paste&#8221; document<\/strong>. ( <strong>Copy-paste<\/strong> is an English term that literally means <strong>&#8220;copy and paste&#8221;.<\/strong>) <\/p>\n<p>We always say:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There are legally correct contracts, and there are <strong>real<\/strong> contracts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>What makes a contract viable? Because it <strong>is written for the client<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAnd that <strong>can be measured in hours of work<\/strong>, because <strong>we don&#8217;t have templates<\/strong>.
